Industries we know
We don't chase every industry.
We go deep in a handful — starting with construction — long enough to know the questions before they're asked. These are where we're deepest, not the only businesses we serve.
Where we're deepest
Construction & the trades
Contractor bookkeeping is its own discipline, and it's ours. Job costing so you know which jobs made money, work-in-progress and retention tracking, AIA-style progress billing and payment applications, change orders, certified payroll, and the bonding and lender packages you need before they say yes.
General contractors, specialty trades, and builders — on Long Island or anywhere we can work remotely.

A core strength
Property management
Multi-entity accounting is where we do our heaviest work — the books across dozens of related businesses under one owner. Consolidated and per-entity owner reporting, tenant and rent tracking, per-property P&L, apartment registration, and violation tracking. We run Rent Manager, Yardi, and QuickBooks, or adapt to yours.
-
Expanding expertise
Hotels & hospitality
Hotel bookkeeping has its own rhythm: daily revenue reconciled against the booking system, OTA and Airbnb deposits that never quite match the payout, and monthly revenue journal entries that keep the picture honest. We work in Cloudbeds and build a per-property view. A space we're actively growing — independent operators get our full attention.

Also served
Healthcare & medical supply
We support the financial side of healthcare businesses — not insurance billing. Clean books, payroll on schedule, inventory reconciled where it applies, and reporting that shows how the practice is performing, while you keep your billing or coding provider.

Owner-operated service businesses
Photographers, authors, consultants, creative studios — the owner-operated businesses that don't fit a neat category. If you're still in the business rather than above it, you're who we're built for.
Not on the list?
Don't see your industry? Let's talk anyway.
Every business has its quirks, but most owners face the same handful of challenges: accurate books, understanding cash flow, hiring, staying compliant, making informed decisions.
If you're wondering whether we're a fit, we'd rather have the conversation than have you rule us out. If we can help, we'll tell you. If we're not the right firm, we'll tell you that too.
One call, and you'll know
Think we'd be a good fit? Let's find out.
Thirty minutes. We'll look at where your books and back office stand, and tell you the first three things we'd fix — whether or not you hire us.
