Our Journey
Our founder, Johnathan Johnson, brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table. An alumnus of Cornell University, after college, Johnathan embarked on a successful career in the corporate world, working with renowned companies like Montgomery Ward and Westfield Group. However, his true calling came in 2008 when he joined a construction company as an independent contractor.
During his time as an independent contractor, Johnathan recognized the unique challenges that small businesses face. Inspired by his desire to support and uplift these entrepreneurial ventures, he set out to provide tailored services that would make a significant difference. Drawing upon his extensive experience, he began assisting numerous businesses in various industries.
In 2016, Johnathan, along with his wife, took their passion for helping small businesses to the next level and founded FOM Services LLC. As a family-owned business, they are deeply committed to empowering small business owners with comprehensive services that address their diverse needs.
